Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools to disassemble large items, their own help for moving, and packing materials. All items are charged a 10% buyers premium. A 3% surcharge will be applied to credit card sales. 5.6% sales tax applied to all sales unless supplied with a seller resale number. Please contact us PRIOR to the auction closing if you will be paying cash. All items must be picked up on the assigned date. If you are unable to pick up on the assigned date you can contact us via email prior to the assigned date to reschedule. Their is a $25.00 fee that applies when rescheduling. After three days your items may resold or donated at the discretion of Silver Spring Estate Services. We encourage buyers to do their own due diligence prior to bidding. This includes reading descriptions and looking at photos thoroughly prior to bidding. Silver Spring Estate Services and the attendee will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur during the moving process of an item. Buyers are responsible for any damage that may be caused during the process of moving an item. Silver Spring Estate Services makes no representation as to the quality of items. All sales are final. Shipping is available on all items, unless stated otherwise in the description.
