All items must be removed from location within 6 days of the sale. Items not removed will be subject to storage or disposal fees. Absentee bids will be accepted online. Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. No Buyer's premium for on -site buyers. 8% Buyers premium for online or internet buyers. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Buyers are encourged to inspect each item before bidding on that item. All announcements made day of sale supersede all other announcements.
