This is an as is where is, internet only sale. All descriptions given are believed to be accurate, but are not warranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We will provide a specific day and time frame for you to be able to inspect the items. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Applicable taxes apply. We do charge a 15% buyer's premium, to be collected, along with the selling cost of the item, at the close of the sale. We will accept all major credit cards. Payment will be due immediately, at the end of the sale, and will be settled using the credit card information given by you prior to bidding. Pick-up for most items will be at 1018 11th St., Huntsville, TX 77340, and will be Tuesday, September 19, 2017, from 9 am until 5 pm. If you cannot make it on this day, you can call 936-293-1825, to make special arrangements. All items not picked up within one week of the sale will be considered forfeited and will be resold.
