Description	*WARNING* THIS IS A ONE LOT AUCTION OF ALL OF THE CONTENTS OF THIS RESTAURANT. This is a short notice auction with very limited time for bidding. The auction closes on September 13 at 8:00 PM. We are selling an entire Dickey's BBQ Restaurant to ONE BUYER, for ONE BID. The lien holder has taken possession of the assets and the landlord wants their building for a new tenant. EVERYTHING HAS TO BE OUT OF THE BUILDING BY FRIDAY NIGHT, SEPTEMBER 15. After that time, your only access will be at the discretion of the property managere, which is not guaranteed. If you cannot move the items during this time frame , PLEASE REFRAIN FROM BIDDING. We have not been allowed access to the building to conduct an inventory or to make pictures. The business was open until around July 1, 2017, when the operator locked the doors and walked away. We assume that this is a full restaurant package, but will do the best we can to insure fairness to the seller and the buyer, if there are any missing PRIMARY items, or misrepresetation of any kind.

EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the desire of the Bidder(s). **You are bidding on the item descriptions. ** There are no pictures of the inventory.

Payment Terms	The final high bidder will be invoiced as soon as the auction has been completed. The credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED. The buyer will meet with Wester Auction at the scheduled time listed in the invoice email. There will be an inspection of the assets to insure that the advertised inventory is there and no major item is missing. At that time, the buyer will present payment IN FULL to Wester Auction in the form of cash, good NC check, or credit card with a 3% processing fee. All proceeds will be held in the Wester Auction Trust account to insure that the buyer is allowed access for removal on Thursday and Friday, September 14 & 15. After September 15, access to the building will only be through the management company and Wester Auction will no longer have authority to allow access.

Shipping / Pick Up

The buyer must provide all dismantling and removal labor, tools, and vehicles.
