Description	2017 Annual Fall Consignment Auction Items accepted for this auction are Farm Equipment and related items along with Industrial Equipment. There will will also be various Tools and Lawn and Garden Equipment. There will be no Household items or Cars accepted for this auction.

Terms All items are sold as is where is with no warranties. By registering and bidding you are agreeing you will pay for items that you bid on and that you will also pick up those items. Seller fees 12% $0 - $1,000 10% $1,000- $5,000 $500.00 comission cap $25.00 NO SALE FEE Payment We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cash and Checks. All items are sold as is where is with no warranties. By registering and bidding you are agreeing you will pay for items that you bid on and that you will also pick up those items. There is a 4% service charge on credit card transactions to be added at checkout on all items paid for with credit card. Live Auctions: The buyers responsiblity is to keep up with the items they have bought. Andy Cullip Auctioneering will not be responsible for items left after day of sale. On-line bidding terms: All items must be picked up or shipped withIn 2 weeks from end of sale. The auctioneer reserves the right to reopen or close an auction in the event of computer malfunctions or any incident beyond our control, on online auctions unless otherwise noted. There will be a 4% OFF buyers premium if paid in cash on on-line auctions only. This will not apply to any auctions with no buyers premium. Shipping: If shipping is needed it will be the responsibility of the buyer to make arrangements with us to have it shipped and the buyer will also pay for any shipping cost.
