The property will be offered in 3 Tracts and in its entirety. Our goal is to realize the highest return to the seller, and to satisfy all interested parties by allowing bidders, who are interested, to have the same opportunity. Upon completion of the auction, a 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price(s) to determine the total contract sale price. All bidding is open to the public. Bidding during the auction will require you to raise your hand or bid card, or instruct an Auctioneer’s Bid Spotter to call out your bid for you. AUCTION PROCEDURES: Conduct of the auction and increments of bidding are at the direction and discretion of the Auctioneer.
