Triple A Realty is offering this real estate at auction online. The high bidder will be required to sign a purchase and sell agreement with $5,000.00 in earnest money that will be presented to the seller of the real estate the day after the auction ends. The high bid will be subject to bank approval. If accepted, the offer is to close within 30 days for cash. The high bidder will meet with Joe Hutchins, Listing Agent, at the office of Triple A Realty, 1838 Eldridge Ave,Twin Falls, Idaho at 10:00 AM, the day following auction unless other arrangements are made. All offers made before auction ends will be presented to the seller. If seller accepts any offers before auction ends, auction will be suspended. Buyer will pay closing fees. The property taxes will be prorated at closing. Property is sold as-is - where is, inspection and due diligence are the responsibility of the buyer.
