EQUIPMENT CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s). **Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality. **Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee. PAYMENT BY ONLINE BIDDERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (subject to a 3% processing fee). PAYMENT BY AUCTION ATTENDEES: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. You may pay with cash, good NC check, or credit card (subject to a 3% processing fee) If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list. REMOVAL: You MUST remove your purchases during the following times: (1) for 2 hours after the live auction. (2) on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM (3) After Wednesday, access to the building will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY. (4) The last day for removal of hoods and walk ins will be Friday, June 23. Failure to meet this schedule may result in losing your items without refund. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: **Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. **Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid. **With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
