Although in our discretion we will execute absentee bids or online bids as a convenience to clients who are not present at auctions, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions in connection therewith. All purchases are subject to 4.5% South Dakota state sales tax unless the purchaser possesses a South Dakota sales tax exemption number and has an executed exemption form on file. Exemption numbers from other states are accepted if presented with a business card or letterhead.
