By registering to bid or placing a bid you agree to be bound by all these terms and conditions, and any other announced terms and conditions of sale or rules of this site. Arizona law will apply to all legal disputes. This bidder agreement is made between Second Phase Bargains LLC and the person or entity listed on this page (Bidder or Buyer). The bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Each lot is sold AS-IS WHERE-IS with all faults and defects described within. Buyer hereby waives and releases Second Phase Bargains LLC from any claim, demand, liability, or expense of any issues related to the lot. All items are sold with no warranties.
Each lot will have a 15% buyer premium added to the final closing price. A tax rate of 5.6% will be applied to each winning lot. Unless buyer provides a resale certificate before closing of auction. The payment deadline is after closing the auction. Pickup times will be every Saturday after the close of the auction. Second Phase Bargains LLC reserves the right to reject bids from users with low ratings or suspicious activity. Items not picked up by the deadline are considered abandoned and may be resold or disposed of without a refund. Bidder agrees that upon processing a credit card, debit card or other bank card, such payment shall be immediate and irrevocable, and Bidder shall not dispute, challenge or reverse any such payment or charge .If you purchase with a credit card or debit card, presentation of the card you paid with and your photo ID or Driver's license at pickup is required.
