Our goal is to make the process of selling your items as simple and profitable as possible through a variety of options including online auctions, traditional consignments, buy-outs, and moving services. Our areas of expertise are diverse, spanning foreign and domestic antiques, Native American artifacts, fine art, jewelry, bullion, electronics, and everyday household goods. Auction Standards & Bidding We utilize HiBid as our official bidding platform, and all auctions are subject to a 15% Buyer’s Premium and 8.7% Arizona sales tax. To ensure you can bid with confidence, we maintain the highest standards for condition advertisement in the state. Every item is individually inspected and researched, and we guarantee the working order of all electronic or mechanical items unless otherwise noted. We provide an average of over 10 photos per lot to highlight condition, angles, and markings; we ask that you review all images for the most accurate description. Dimensions are provided for significant pieces and are rounded to the nearest .25 inch. To emulate a live auction environment, we utilize a "soft close" feature where time is added for late bids. Auctions featuring 100 lots or less have a 90-second soft close, while those over 100 lots utilize a 60-second interval. Payment & Fulfillment Invoices are clerked and processed within six hours of an auction's close, at which time payments are due. HiBid’s secure internal processor will automatically deduct the total for the high bid, tax, and buyer's premium. Please note that Crae’s does not have direct access to your cards on file. Invoices must be paid in full before the pickup or shipment of any items. If an automatic payment fails, we will contact you; however, failure to settle your invoice within seven days of the auction’s close will result in the forfeiture of your lots. For those wishing to collect items in person, pickup is available by appointment 48 hours after the auction closes, and our team is available to assist with loading. Shipping, Delivery, & Returns For out-of-area bidders, we offer affordable in-house shipping with a handling fee ranging from $5 to $15 depending on the complexity of the order. Shipping is charged separately once your items are packed, and we guarantee the safe arrival of your lots or will initiate a full refund. We also offer delivery throughout Southern Arizona and the Phoenix metro area. While we accept returns on a circumstantial basis, please be aware that refund requests will be denied if the item condition was accurately described in the listing.
