We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card and Etransfer. Your items will be charged to the credit card provided on the first Friday after the auction at 4 pm. If you prefer to pay with cash or debit, that option will be available when you pick up your items. 20% buyers premium and 5% GST applies to ALL sales Buyers premium will be reduced to 17% if buyer picks up thier items from our location, unless you fail to pick up your items by Friday at 4:00 pm, then you will be charged 20%. No refunds will be given for items not picked up. IF FRIDAY IS A HOLIDAY WE WILL BE CLOSED. IF THURSDAY IS A HOLIDAY MIGHT BE CLOSED FRIDAY INSTEAD. All ITEMS are sold "as is" and where is. And lie at the purchaser's risk immediately Rick's Auction does not guarantee nor warranty any item. The items have been photographed and each purchaser shall be held to have Satisfied themselves as to the condition, identity and authenticity, and shall not be permitted to make any objections after the sale on any grounds. In all cases of dispute the auctioneer's decision shall be final. All goods are to be removed from the premises by the purchaser at the purchaser's sole risk and expense and the purchaser here by indemnifies and saves harmless the auctioneer and/ or the owner of the premises from each and every claim whatsoever which may arise by reason of the removal of the goods by the purchaser from the premises. The auctioneer will not be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever, and the lot or lots will be left at the sole risk of the purchaser. Items not picked up in the time specified by the auction will be resold. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Items must be picked up on the first Friday after the auction at 4:00 pm or they will be sold at the next auction. Shipping is availabe at the buyers expense. You do not have to call to arrange shipping. If you have an out of town address we will assume you need shipping. If you have an address outside of Calgary and surrounding area and you want to pick up your items, please email or call us to let us know that you will be here in person, otherwise your items will be shipped at your cost. We can ship anywhere in North America. USA shipping will be from 59484. We will not arrange for shipping of furniture. If you purchase any large items, you have to arrange for shipping and packing of the large furniture items.
