Every Bid Wins — How Our Rotational Auctions Work Our auctions operate on a rotational 24-hour cycle, and every bid placed is treated as a winning bid for the applicable available quantity. Because we frequently have multiple quantities of the same product available across several lots, the same or identical product may continue to appear available for bidding even after you have already won an item. Our rotational lots do not operate as traditional single-item auctions where each individual lot closes permanently at a fixed time. Instead, listings refresh on a recurring 24-hour rotational basis as additional available quantities are offered. If an item you bid on appears on your settlement or invoice, that item has been allocated to your account and your purchase is considered confirmed. The fact that the same product continues to appear open for bidding does not mean: Your previous winning bid is still pending; Your allocated item has been released; You need to bid again to secure the item already invoiced to you; or Your previous transaction has been cancelled. It simply means that additional quantities of that product remain available for bidding. Once a winning item has been processed and included on your settlement/invoice, that transaction is treated separately from any additional quantities that may continue to appear within the rotational auction. Important: Each Bid Is a Separate Purchase Commitment Please bid carefully. Each bid submitted is treated as a winning bid for an available quantity and may result in a separate purchase being allocated to your account. If you place additional bids on the same or an identical product, those bids may represent additional quantities and may be separately invoiced. Once an item has been allocated and processed, it is marked complete for that transaction, even though the same product may continue to appear in the auction as part of the ongoing rotational cycle.
