VaultedVIP is conducting a special auction event specializing exclusively in luxury VIP gifts, promotional pieces, and Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) novelties distributed through respective brand promotional customer programs. These are promotional novelty items and were not offered as standard over-the-counter merchandise through the brands’ fashion boutiques. All items are sold subject to the terms, conditions, policies, and disclosures published herein and via the Auction Flex / HiBid platform. ==================================================================================================== 1. LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT: By accessing, registering, bidding, or purchasing through VaultedVIP or the affiliated auction platform, the customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees that all sales are governed strictly by these Terms & Conditions. Use of this platform or participation in this sale constitutes the customer’s electronic signature and full, irrevocable acceptance of all policies. All sales are strictly final. Standard retail serial numbers, boutique packaging, or formal retail authenticity cards/certificates are not present and not included. No returns or modifications will be accepted based on retail boutique expectations) / Buyer’s Remorse & Mistakes (Accidental bids, accidental purchases, incorrect assumptions, failure to read descriptions, or failure to review photos) / Account & Technical Issues (Unauthorized account use, duplicate orders, or bidding errors) / Logistics (Delayed delivery caused by the shipping carrier). Photos are considered a core part of the item description. Customers must review all photos, disclosures, and measurements before bidding. ==================================================================================================== AUCTION ERRORS, TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS & IRREGULARITIES: All bids are binding. If VaultedVIP reasonably determines that an auction result or transaction was materially affected by a technical malfunction, platform/system error, software failure, clerical error, or incorrect auction configuration (involving starting bids, reserves, or increments), VaultedVIP reserves the sole right to void affected bids, cancel the transaction, or withdraw the lot to preserve auction integrity. This right is exercised solely at the discretion of VaultedVIP; it does not grant the bidder any right to cancel a valid bid due to buyer's remorse or error. ==================================================================================================== 3. NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES: VaultedVIP provides no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding condition, performance, suitability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or brand certification. THERE IS NO AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED FOR THIS AUCTION EVENT. This auction consists strictly of promotional novelty items and Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) giveaways. No formal retail authenticity guarantees, certifications, serial numbers, or boutique packaging are provided or implied. Bidders acknowledge they are buying items strictly as verified promotional items, sold completely as-is, with no post-sale returns or modifications accepted based on retail boutique expectations. ==================================================================================================== 4. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment must be completed within the timeframe required by the marketplace platform. Accepted payment methods vary by platform and may include credit/debit cards, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, and other approved processors. Sales tax is collected where required by law. Failure to complete payment may result in account restrictions, cancellation, suspension, and collection efforts. ==================================================================================================== 5. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT: VaultedVIP handles all packing and shipping for every order. Shipping, handling, insurance, and carrier charges are billed separately when applicable. Orders ship only after payment has fully cleared. Processing and handling generally require approximately 2–4 weeks due to inspection, documentation, packaging, and auction volume. This timeline does not constitute delayed shipment, Item Not Received, or grounds for cancellation, refund, dispute, or chargeback. Tracking information is provided once a label is generated. All shipments are insured. High-value shipments may require direct adult signature. Unauthorized carrier delivery changes may void transit protection. VaultedVIP’s responsibility ends upon carrier confirmation of delivery to the verified address provided by the customer. Packages marked delivered by the carrier are not considered lost. Returned or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect addresses, missed delivery, refusal, or customer error will incur additional shipping charges. Orders not claimed within three (3) business days after notification may be considered abandoned and may be resold without refund. International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by their country. ==================================================================================================== 6. NO CHARGEBACK AGREEMENT (INDUCEMENT TO BID): As an absolute condition of registering, bidding, or purchasing, the customer agrees not to initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or friendly fraud claim under any circumstances, and explicitly waives any chargeback rights that may exist under the customer’s cardholder agreement. This waiver serves as a material inducement for VaultedVIP to allow the customer to register and bid. The customer explicitly agrees that: They will not initiate a chargeback for any reason, including claims of "Item Not As Described" based on a lack of retail serial numbers, retail packaging, or boutique authenticity documentation, as these exclusions are explicitly disclosed upfront / These Terms & Conditions constitute conclusive evidence of the customer’s waiver of chargeback rights and will be submitted directly to the merchant bank to immediately defeat any dispute / Even if a chargeback is initiated or temporarily successful, the customer remains fully liable for the purchase price, buyer’s premium, shipping costs, collection fees, and attorney’s fees / VaultedVIP may pursue recovery, collections, civil action, and legal remedies if a chargeback is filed / Ownership of merchandise does not transfer until payment is permanently settled. If payment is reversed, the customer must immediately return the merchandise in the same condition received at their own expense. ==================================================================================================== 7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Customers must contact VaultedVIP at Support@VaultedVIP.com with any concerns before initiating any external claim. VaultedVIP must be given up to fourteen (14) business days to review and resolve the matter internally. Orders will not ship while any dispute remains open. ==================================================================================================== 8. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By registering, bidding, purchasing, or using this platform for this event, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these customized event terms in their entirety and accepts full legal and financial responsibility for compliance.
