WE SHIP!!
Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides items for auction under the following terms and conditions. By bidding on or purchasing items, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Service & Listing Fees
A 12% service fee will be added to the final sale price of each item purchased. Cash buyers receive a 4% discount on this fee. This charge covers administrative and processing costs associated with our auction platform.
In addition, a $1.00 listing fee per lot will be applied to all purchases. This fee helps cover cataloging, photography, and technology costs associated with presenting each item for auction.
Condition of Items
All items are store returns and are sold "as is." Conditions may vary and may include imperfections, damage, or signs of previous use. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photos, but buyers are solely responsible for reviewing item details before bidding.
Items are available for in-person viewing during all open business hours. We encourage all bidders to inspect items prior to bidding.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
Warranty and Guarantee
Unless explicitly stated in the listing, no warranty—express or implied—is provided. Any applicable manufacturer warranties must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC does not provide or imply any guarantees.
Payment, Pickup, and Shipping
All items must be paid for during the week following the auction, unless prior arrangements are made with Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC.
We offer both local pickup and shipping. Shipping is available on ALL items and must be arranged and paid for within the same payment window as pickup orders. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, including packaging and handling fees, unless otherwise stated.
Local pickup is available at the designated location during posted pickup days and times. Failure to pay, arrange shipping, or pick up within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the item(s) and suspension of bidding privileges.
Limitation of Liability
Gulf Coast Auctions Mobile LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased items, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Loading Disclaimer / Limitation of Liability
Gulf Coast Auctions is not responsible for accidents or injuries that may occur on the premises. All bidders and buyers are solely responsible for the loading, securing, and transportation of their purchases. By participating in this auction and entering the premises, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Gulf Coast Auctions, its staff, and affiliates assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind incurred during the inspection, pickup, or loading of auction items.
