Terms: All purchases are to be paid for in American funds on sale day by cash or cashiers check. Personal/Company check must be accompanied with a current bank letter of guarantee made to Sasser Auction Service, Inc. guaranteeing payment to Sasser Auction Service, Inc. NO EXCEPTIONS !!

If any item is not picked up or shipping paid for with in 15 days from close of auction (15 days from receiving shipping invoice for shipped items), Sasser Auction Service will determine said property as abandoned. There will be a minimum fee of $50 to load up items and bring them back to our office for storage. The day preceding that date will start at $10/day storage fee. After 30 business days items will be liquidated and no refunds will be given.
You must add in the "Notes to auctioneer" box if you want to be a cash buyer when you register! Otherwise your card will process at close of auction. If you live outside Covington Co, you will need to email us requesting to be a cash buyer depending on where you live.
We use shipping saint for all of our shipping. You will recieve and email and/or text on the Monday following the close date to select shipping or pick up. Shipping is based off weight AND size of box required. We strive to provide the cheapest estimate possible. SAS is not liable for any damages that may occur during shipping.
Sasser Auction Service reserves the right to charge your credit card on file for any winning bids. By registering for this auction, you are giving your consent for us to charge the card you have on file. If you wish to be a cash buyer, please indicate in the "Notes to Auctioneer" box while registering. If you request to be a cash buyer, SAS still holds the right to charge the card on file if you do not come during pick up to pay and collect your items. If you do not pay for your shipping, you are still liable for the cost of your invoice to be paid in full and we reserve the right to charge the card for your invoice amount.
Warranty: Everything is sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without warranty or guarantee of any sort, either expressed or implied. Sales Tax: AL: All sales are subject to Alabama sales tax unless you have proper resale exemption. Any dealer purchasing for resale must execute a Certificate of Resale and present your Sales Tax Permit Number. Failure to furnish information will result in payment of sales tax.

Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. S.A.S. shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. S.A.S. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase.
S.A.S. is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against S.A.S. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. S.A.S. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. S.A.S. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
