Terms and conditions - this sale is online only and will begin soft close at 11 am CST on February 8th, 2025. Pickup for this auction will be Monday February 10th, and Tuesday February 11th. After the auction closes you will receive an email from Shipping Saint with pickup instructions, or to request shipping on qualified purchases. You agree to be bound by these terms when you register to bid. All sales are final with no refunds. 1. All items are sold “as is” with no warranties included or implied. You will be able to see the item via pictures or when possible inspect them in person at a live pre view if you are able to attend. Bidders not able to preview the item in person understand that they might not be able to inspect the item as well as if they could preview in person. 2. Anyone picking up items assume all risk of removal of the items and the risk of damaging the items or hurting themselves in the process. Purchasers will release Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction LLC from any responsibility or liability of such. Also, purchasers are to bring their own boxes and packing supplies needed when picking up. 3. Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction LLC reserves the right to charge the bidders credit card for the full amount owed at anytime during live bidding or at the close of the auction. When the item is purchased it must be paid for immediately. 4. If you don’t pick up your items at your scheduled time you will forfeit your items. You may also be disqualified to bid on any future auctions. You will still be charged for your purchases. 5. This is an online auction only. Bidder acknowledges they will not hold Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction LLC liable if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the bidding process. 6. All purchases will be removed from the premises by the buyer. If the merchandise is qualified and selected to be shipped, the bidder agrees to be charged for the entire cost of packing, shipping and handling costs. If the bidder fails to pay the shipping cost the merchandise is forfeited immediately. 7. Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction reserves the right to refuse buying privileges to anyone for any reason. 8. The buyer assumes all risk of items being lost on the process of shipping if shipping is allowed and requested on the item. The buyer will obtain full shipping insurance. 9. All items are subject to state and local taxes. If you are tax exempt we must be provided a copy of your sales tax exempt certificate. 10. We will describe the item and condition of the item as accurately as we can. However neither the owner of the item or Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction LLC will be held liable for errors on a listing. We do not provide helpers for loading for liability purposes. Bring boxes, packing material, and whatever labor you need to load your items. All items not picked up by 5:30 pm CST on February will be forfeited. Shipping and handling : Allow 14 business days for the shipping of your items to be complete. Lake Martin Estate Sales and Auction LLC is not responsible for damages to items during shipping. All packages will be insured and delivered signature required. It is the buyers responsibility to contact us prior to bidding to determine if shipping is allowed on the item.
