All Bidder's must be at least 18 years old to participate. Gun buyers must be at least 21 years old, A Missouri resident and adhear to all Federal, State, and local weapons laws. NO OUT OF STATE BIDDERS ON WEAPONS. 10% buyers premium for internet bidding, 7% buyers premium for all phone bidding and 5% buyers premimum for all onsite bidding. Payment options are CASH and Bank WIre ONLY, no credit/debit cards or checks. All items must be "paid in full" within 24 hours of event conclusion AND items must be retrieved by Wednesday, June 4th 2024, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!! (M-SAT 10am to 4pm). Items not retrieved by June 4th will be subject to $20/day storage fees OR considered abandoned. Purvis Auctions reserves the right to dispose of abandoned items in a manner of our choosing, without financial or other consideration to a winning bidder.
