The home, consisting of 4.25 acres is offered conventionally by Kiko Realtors. Mrs Umberger has entrusted us to auction her personal property. Mr and Mrs Umberger both taught for many years. Additionally they owned and operated Sportsman's Haven for many years. There is an eclectic mix of items in this sale. This auction will be conducted online for your convenience. Bidding will begin to close September 21 at 6:30 pm. Preview will be held September 11 only, from 4pm-7pm. Loadout will be Friday September 22, 2017 from 11am-7pm only. If you cannot meet these times, please do not bid. When picking up, please remember to bring your own labor, boxes, transportation, and tools.
