An 18% Buyer's Premium will be added to all bids.
Everything must be paid for in full by noon on March 1, 2018. Accepted forms of payment are: WIRE TRANSFER AND CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS). Tallahassee, Florida sales tax applies. If you are a successful bidder and your invoice is less than $2500.00 we will bill the card you used to register. If your invoice is more than $2500.00 we will confirm that you wish to use the card you used for auction registration.
Everything sells "As Is/Where Is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, the auctioneer and the owner make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to verify condition, authenticity and description of any item prior to bidding. Once the auctioneer says "Sold" or the bid closes the purchaser is responsible for payment and safekeeping of the merchandise. Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. No abandonment of purchased items is allowed. Purchaser will be responsible to pay the full cost of removal or disposal of abandoned items. All bids and payments must be made in U.S. dollars (USD). No refunds for lost or stolen items will be made. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any printed material. Advertised items may be subject to prior sale.
Preview Day is Monday, February 26, 2018 from 10am to 4pm and removal day is Monday March 5, 2018. If you cannot remove your purchases on March 5, please do not bid.
Removal requirements: Buyers required to use equipment to dismantle and remove purchased items will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to any removal, naming Norman J. Gallivan, Inc. and Fifth Third Bank as Additional Insured. Policy minimums will be $1,000,000.
