Terms: All personal property must be paid for day of auction by cash, credit/debit card or personal check (w/proper ID). On real estate, we will require $10,000 down on Tract 1 and on Tract 2 and $5,000 down on Tract 3 as earnest money day of auction with balance due at closing 45 days or sooner.
Real estate ONLY will be offered live and online. Online bidding will end on Monday, November 20th at 5PM, with pre-bids to be used as the opening bids at the live auction.
