THIS IS A RESERVE AUCTION. ALL OF THE ABOVE ITEMS AT AUCTION HAVE A RESERVE PRICE.

1. All sales are final. There will be no exchanges unless expressly noted in the auction description. There will be no refunds. Your written; online bid is a Contract to Buy.
2. All auction items are offered on an "as is" basis. All descriptions for auction items are for the sole purpose of identifying the items and seller disclaims any expressed or implied warranties. A minimum bid or minimum increase figure may be requested. Bids below these minimums will be disqualified.
3. Payment in full is mandatory.
4. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auction official shall be the buyer. Written bids on an item are effective only when received by the auction official before bidding on the item closed. In the event of a dispute, the auction official shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder or resell the item in dispute.
5. All items must be paid in full.
6. Group purchases are welcome. However, one person must be responsible for bidding and payment.
7. ALL Auction items contain reserves.
8. Before taking possession of any firearm, the purchaser must properly comply with all Federal, State and Local laws. All buyers must provide an FFL dealer to ship the purchased firearms at the buyer's expense. NO exceptions. The buyer is solely responsible for all shipping and transfer fees.
9. When payment is made, a paid receipt is issued.
10. NO buyer's premium for this auction.
11. Buyers are encouraged to pre-register.
12. Buyers are directed to inspect lots and find that they are to their satisfaction before bidding. Lots may be inspected at the offices of the Former Texas Rangers Foundation beginning Wednesday, November 1, 2017 through Thursday, November 9, 2017 by appointment only. Appointments may be scheduled by calling 830-990-1192.
The Former Texas Rangers Foundation or its affiliates assume no responsibility to the Winner/Buyer regarding the outcome of any donated items. Occasionally, circumstances occur where the Winner/Buyer wishes to modify dates, calendar year or other aspects of the auction item. Under those circumstances, there will be no refund to the Winner/Buyer of the donated item. All matters will remain between the Winner/Buyer and Donor upon acceptance of bid hereof. All auction items are FINAL upon signature of this acceptance, and no warranties or representations, expressed or implied are made by the Former Texas Rangers Foundation or its affiliates regarding the auction item.
