Description
Online auction to settle the estate of Charles Carter. Charles lived in the area after moving up from lower Michigan upon retirement. The items contained in this auction were used by Charles at the property or in the home. Due to the location we are not able to conduct a live auction on-site. Please enjoy the online auction and contact us with any questions you may have.
10% Buyers Premium, additional 3% for credit card transactions. Item inspection and auction preview to be conducted by appointment. All items sold AS-IS and all bids are final. No guarantees are expressed or implied. Contact Wade at 231-330-1042 to schedule an inspection or to ask further questions regarding the items up for bid. Load out date is Sunday, October 22, 2017 from 1pm to 5pm. Please be on time for the load out and make sure to bring help for larger items. We will not have staff available to assist you with loading. We will only be onsite to conduct the clerking and provide receipts. Shipping will be solely the buyers expense. Leist Auctioneers will transport items for shipping to the local (Gaylord) UPS store. Buyer will be responsible for making arrangements through UPS. Loading and auction settlement will occur during the alloted time on October 22. Please plan on arriving during this time, unless arrangements with Leist Auctioneers has been made prior to closing of the auction.

Payment Terms
Payment may be made by cash or check during designated auction check out times. All other arrangements must be approved by Leist Auctioneers prior to close of auction. Buyers failing to render payment during designated check out time will have their invoice charged to the credit card on file, regardless whether possession of the items is taken. Credit Card charges are subject to an additional 3% Buyers Premium.
Pickup for items will be on Sunday, October 22, 2017 between 1pm and 5pm. All other arrangements must be approved by Leist Auctioneers prior to close of auction. Any items being shipped will be transported to the local UPS store by Leist Auctioneers. Buyer will be responsible for making arrangements with UPS, as well as responsible for all fees.
