It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, value, authenticity and all other factorys of each item they bid on. Platinum Auctions is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of any items value. -ALL Internet Bidders pay a buyer's premium of 15% regardless of payment method. Pick up will be Aug. 19th 10am-4pm -unless bidder give notice to Platinum Auctions any items left will have a $100 pick up fee. Our company is 220 mile away from location. -Any item(s) left behind are subject to a disposal fee, with a $25.00 minimum - Shipping will be offered. Succesful Bidder will pay full cost of shipping, insurance, packing supplies. There is a Minimum $1.00 handeling charge per Item. -Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder along with the responsibility for securing the item and making paymnet for the item. Sold items must be removed 08/19/17 by 4pm unless other arrangements have been made with Platinum Auctions.

There is a loading dock for semis/box trucks Local Pick-up will be Saturday Aug. 19th 10am-4pm -Forklifts will NOT be available for loading. A alternative pick up date can be arraged for forklift, machines, pallet racking. Auctioneer must be contacted 48hrs in advance for alternate pick up day inorder to avoid $100 fee. Out of State Buyers-Small Items will be shipped USPS, Fed Ex, or UPS depending on size & wieght. Buyer will pay all Shipping, packing materials, & handling cost. There will be a $1.00 charge per item for handling.
