- Before registering, the bidder must be of legal age, have read and understood the terms and conditions of the Online Auction Sale. - All bidders must have completed the bidder information form and provided Moe's Auctioneering Service with a VALID VISA OR MASTERCARD CREDIT CARD information. OUR SOFTWARE PERFORMS AN AUTHORIZATION, BUT YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL ONLY BE CHARGED IF YOU ARE A SUCCESSFUL BIDDER. - In the event that an item has a bid placed in the last minute of the auction, this item will be extended by three minutes. - Moe's Auctioneering Service will make every attempt to give the the best pictures possible. If an item is knowingly damaged or has a defect, we will do our best to desribe the flaw. All descriptions are believed accurate, but not warranted. THERE WILL BE A PREVIEW TIME SETUP FOR VIEWING OF EACH AUCTION. - All items will have a 15% buyer's premium added to the final price, then HST of 15% will be applied. - Pickup and removal MUST happen on the pickup date and time provided. Items not picked up on pickup night and no arrangements made will be destroyed or resold. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GRANTED. - Buyer MUST bring their own help, tools and any items needed for packing and boxing of items. Any items left after the pickup time will be removed at the new owner's expense and billed to your credit card. - Moe's Auctioneering Service and (Employees) will not be liable for any loss, damage or accidents that may occur on any auction premises. - For internet-only auctions, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
