Online Timed Auction of Industrial Fork Lifts and House Moving Equipment
This auction is held at Mondamin Iowa. Iowa law shall govern this auction. All bidding will be done online only prior to the expiration of time for each lot. Any lots receiving bids in the last 2 minutes will be extended to give all bidders an opporutnity to bid again. The auctioneer will determine all increments and may reject any bid. The sellers reserve the right to accept or reject any bid. Technology can fail at times and you are not guaranteed the opportunity to bid in the case of a technology failure or your equipment or our systems. The best way to ensure your bids are received in time is to place them as a pre bid well ahead of the auction ending. You will be required to pick up all purchased items within 3 weeks. You must pay for your purchases the day of the auction. You are buying all losts as is where is, we do not guarantee any item sold. It is important that you do your due diligence prior to bidding. You may view the equipment by appointment. There is a 5% buyers premium which will be added to all lots and you will pay 105% of your bid when settling.
Your bid must adhere to the bid increment schedule.

Payment Terms
We accept Remote check by phone, Credit card (with an additional 3.5% proccessing fee) or a bank wire. ALL Payments MUST BE MADE the day of the auction when you become the successful bidder. No other payment arrangements are acceptable.
Items must be picked up within 3 weeks at the location noted in the description. You will be required to present a paid invoice from DreamDirt to pick up any item from teh seller.
