After preview guns will be moved to Marksman Indoor Range, Inc. for storage and transfer. Transfer will be conducted by MD Firearms LLC at a cost of $20.00 per gun. Payment shall be made in person or by phone to TexMAX Auctions, LLC on Thursday 4/20/17 or Friday 4/21/17 from 9-4 at 9367 Winkler A-2 Houston, TX 77017. Pick up will be at Marksman Indoor Range, LLC on Thursday 4/20/17 and Friday 4/21/17 from noon till 6pm at 507 Nebraska South Houston, TX 77587 by MD Firearms, LLC. Bidders must be at least 18 years of age for long guns and 21 years of age for handguns. All transfers will require a form 4473, provided by MD Firearms. Please do not bid if you cannot pass the background check as NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. Any bidders requiring shipping will have to provide the information on their local FFL so that the gun can be shipped from MD Firearms to that FFL dealer.
