If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $113.00.  If paying cash on pick up, you will save 3%.  Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction.    Out of state buyers picking up your items will be charged 7% sales tax (unless you bring a resale tax form). Items shipped out of state will not be charged sales tax. Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $50.00.  You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will be added to the shipping charges).      ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Cash Payments will be accepted on pickup ONLY.  If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged automatically via HiBid Auction Services!   Any items left after the specified pick up/load out date will be considered forfeited.  LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Winning Bidders must pick their items up in HASTINGS, NEBRASKA.  (EXACT ADDRESS WILL BE INCLUDED IN EMAIL with your INVOICE. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.   CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, JSI Auctions reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
