TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. Full payment must be made immediately following sale. 2. Payment may be made by cash, cashier's checks and approved local checks. Out of town or company checks only accepted with bank letter of guarantee made payable to Carl Johnson Company. 3. There is a 13% buyers premium plus local sales tax added to all sales. 3% discount if payment is made with cash or check. 4. Everything is sold "as is, where is" with no guarantees of any kind regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 5. Do not remove merchandise without auction personnel present to check you out. 6. All Sales are final.
