OUR GOAL - At Eagles Basket Auction, our goal is to provide a family friendly environment where consignors know that they are getting the best money for their consignments and buyers know that they are getting a fair deal on what they purchase. Consignors will not lose money to hefty Buyer's Premiums, and customers will not have to pay a Buyer's Premium for the privilege of doing business with us. GUARANTEES - All items are sold as is, where is, with all faults. No guarantees with respect to the property sold are made by either Eagles Basket Auction or its consignors. All items are available to preview before the auction, and it is recommended that bidders inspect any item that they may purchase to assure themselves of the condition of those items. Eagles Basket Auction does not give refunds. All sales are final. CATALOGUE - Descriptions, both oral and written, are the opinion of Eagles Basket Auction. They are not designed to be a guarantee of any type, while we do strive to give the best representation of the items. Measurements are estimates and colors may vary with lighting. BIDDING - We offer live bidding in-house, as well as absentee bidding. All new bidders are required to present a valid state identification in order to register for a bid card; returning bidders are asked to check in at each auction to pick up their bid card. We reserve the right to reject any bid. Absentee bids are executed by the clerk at Eagles Basket Auction. This is a service offered as a convenience and we are not responsible for any errors or omissions. The highest bidder noted by the auctioneer will be the buyer and will assume full responsibility for the item, including prompt payment and pick-up. The auctioneer has the sole right to re-open a lot and/or settle disputed bids. The record kept by Eagles Basket Auction will be seen as final. PAYMENT - Payment for items purchased in-house is to be made on the day of sale, and within 5 days for all other bidders. There is a 7% state sales tax. Payment may be made in the form of cash (USD), pre-approved check, Visa or Mastercard. A 5% convenience fee will be added for the use of any form of credit card. State sales tax applies to everyone, unless you are purchasing coins/bullion or have a valid Tax Exemption Form on file at Eagles Basket Auction. SHIPPING - All items purchased through absentee or internet bidding must be picked up within 5 days . Please note that there are some items that we will not ship (furniture) - if shipping will be required please make arrangements with Eagles Basket Auction prior to the auction. IN SUMMATION - Your bid in any form at any auction will signify that you are satisfied with the condition of the item or items and that you understand the payment requirements. By bidding you agree that the item meets your approval and you agree to the price paid for the item in as-is condition, along with any other fees incurred.
