Description
English, ca 1800, figured mahogany bookmatched veneer overall , the top highlighted with a striking fan design with string inlay and cross-banding, the faux front of drawers and doors appears as 9 drawers but consists of a door on each end, center long drawer and deep square single drawers on each side of the center 'kneehole' which is again highlighted with corner fans and cross-banding, the upper part of the tapered legs are also faced with veneer highlights, 75 wide by 32 deep and 36.5 inches high, lion drawer pulls are replacements, pine and mahogany secondary woods, outstanding condition top and overall excellent condition, with a glass top cover
