For the real estate, a $10,000 deposit is due on the day of the auction in the form of a cashier's check or cash, then the balance will be due at closing, which must occur within 30 days after the auction. A secret reserve has been placed on the property and in the event that the reserve is not met, the Auction Company cannot sell the property. The auctioneer is not authorized to release the amount of the reserve bid. All items are sold "as is" without warranties or guarantees of any kind whatsoever. However with regard to the real estate, the seller's guarantee an insurable title at the time of closing. All items should be carefully inspected durng the preview by the buyers. All items must be removed from the auction site on Monday, January 30, 2017 from 9am to 5pm only. If you cannot be present during those times to retrieve your merchandise, please do not place a bid. There will be a $100 fee for a man and a truck to meet you back at the residence after that time period has elapsed.
