This is an ONLINE ONLY Industrial Hydraulic Machinery Shop Forced Auction. All items will be bid online and picked up in our warehouse.
All items sold AS IS - WHERE IS with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Bidders who do not pay for and pick up winning items will possibly be blocked from bidding in future auctions. Accepted forms of payment: CASH ONLY and required in full prior to removal. Out of town bidders arrange shipping and payment on items. We may assist in loadout but are not required to do so and are not held responsible for damages incurred while loading out. Please bring the appropriate number of people and vehicles to load out your items. We do not supply packaging/boxes/packing materials. Bidders bring supplies needed to pack out small and breakable items. This is an internet-only auction, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

CASH ONLY. Exact change is appreciated and will speed up the checkout process. Invoices paid after final day of pickup at Noon will be subject to a $10 per day late fee for each lot.
If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup days and times, the invoice is subject to a $10 per lot, per day storage and moving fee. Buyer arranges and pays for shipping.
