Notice of Terms Bauer Auction Service/General Auction Gun Sales By entering a bid in this auction, buyer agrees to be bound by the following terms as well as announcements made the day of sale. A. All firearms are sold "as is" and are not warranted by auctioneer. Bauer Auction/General Auction Gun Sales and the owners and employees are acting as agents of the seller only. Bauer Auction/General Auction Gun Sales owns none of the firearms being sold. B. Neither General Auction Gun Sales, their consignors, employees or agents warrant the safety or the shoot ability of any firearms in this catalog. All firearms in this catalog are sold as collector items. Buyers wishing to fire ANY firearm purchased in this auction are strongly advised to have the weapon(s) examined by a competent gunsmith who will test the weapon for its shoot ability and also to ensure that the caliber of the breech is, in fact, the caliber that it is thought to be. C. All ammunition is sold for component parts only. D. Buyer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Bauer Auction/General Auction Gun Sales, the owners, employees and consigners from any claims or injuries arising from the conduct of this auction or the transactions resulting therefrom E. For ILLINOIS ABSENTEE/PHONE BIDDERS: $20.00 Fee (per 4473) will be applied to total invoice price. 4473 forms are not required for PRE 98 Guns (PRE 98 condition is notated in lot lead/description) F. Absentee/Phone Bidders will pay a buyers premium of 10% on the first $1000.00 invoiced up to a maximum of $100.00.

Shipping / Pick Up

Shipping charges for guns within the continental U.S. are as follows: Long guns $20.00 per gun shipping. Hand guns $15.00 per priority shipping box, as many hand guns as possible will be shipped in the priority box, additional priority boxes will be $15.00. Handling Fees: Long Guns $15.00 per gun Hand Guns $7.50 per gun Insurance: $5.00 for first $300.00 $1.00 for each $100.00 or fraction of $100.00 Guns under $300.00 in value will have a $3.00 charge for signature confirmation. Single items over $5000.00 will be shipped registered mail. You will be contacted for actual shipping costs. For Illinois residents who are absentee bidders and are picking up gun purchases at the auction house, there is a $20.00 charge for not filling out 4473 form on the day of sale.
