Description	Mike and Mary Lu Flickenger have accepted an offer on their summer home and are selling the contents on auction! This will be a 5 to 6 1/2 hour live auction in Arbor Vitae. There are about 500-600 lots, most of which are only available if you come to the live event at 10 am on Saturday April 29th.

Terms and Conditions

Terms for LIVE AUCTION bidders: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. No Sales Tax charged (onsite estate). NO BUYERS FEE. We accept cash, check, or credit card (visa/MC with a 3.5% convenience fee). All items must be paid in full before removal. Terms for INTERNET ABSENTEE BIDS: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. No Sales Tax charged (onsite estate). We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Successful absentee bids will be charged $1 per winning bid. In addition, internet absentee bids will be charged a 7% buyers premium added to the bid. Pick up can be arranged for up to a week after the auction. Call 715.499.0713. All items must be paid in full before removal. For this auction, there are very few shippable items. We suggest that you attend the live auction, but we have added some online biddable items (there are many more items that will be auctioned on-site). The highest internet absentee bid for each biddable lot will be considered on the live auction day.
