Advertisement and verbal representation are made to the best of our knowledge. 2. All sales are final. Market Street Auctions has no obligation to accept the return of any property purchased at public auction 3. All purchases must be paid in full on each day of sale before leaving the sale site. Item becomes the full and sole responsibility of the buyer immediately upon winning the bid. Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage, and should guard item accordingly. If buyer fails to pick up item within 5 days it will be considered abandoned and the auction company reserves the right to resell. 4. Dealers requesting sales tax exemption must present a valid certificate of resale before auction day. 5. Buyer's MUST NOT remove purchase from the premises until all buyer's purchases are paid in full. Buyer must remove items in 5 days. 6. Any announcements made by Auctioneer at any time take precedence over any printed matter pertaining to this auction. Auctioneer shall designate the winning bidder after each item is sold. If a dispute arises between two or more bidders, the auctioneer's designation of a buyer is final. 7. Online purchases will be charged to the card on file unless online bidder notifies the suction house prior to the end of auction. The online registration allows for a note to be sent to the auctioneer upon registration. 8. Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place and that every person at the auction site shall be there at their own risk. No person shall have any claim against Market Street Auction or their employers, agents, employees, or principals for any injuries sustained nor for any damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. 9. Online bidders for WA that are tax exempt must provide a valid copy of tax exemption prioir to auction. All bidders will pay sales tax unless auction company ha a valid Tax Exemption Certificate on file. 10. All sales are final. Shipping of Item is available to all bidders at the USPS postal service Rate. We will package your items using our discretion and all boxes will be kept under 70 lbs. There is a $25 packaging fee per box. The auction house is not responsible for any damage during transit and advises additional insurance to be purchased on expensive items. Acceptance of a bid number signifies full knowledge and adherence to all of the above conditions. This agreement is binding upon the parties, their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assignees.
