Description	Huge selection of brand new furniture to be sold! Overstocks, discontinued, one of a kind pieces plus select brand new stock will be going up for bid! Bidding is open now and will begin to close on Thursday, March 30th at 6:00 PM. Please note that all items are to be considered floor models and are sold as-is, we do try to note any damages, however minor imperfections from being on the sales floor is to be expected on some items. All items are subject to presell.

Terms and Conditions

10% Buyers premium will apply to all purchases, any item paid by credit or debit card will be charged a 3% convenience charge. Kentucky sales tax applies to all transactions. If you plan on using a tax exempt form it must be for resell of items and PREAPPROVED by our office prior to placing any bids. All items are sold AS-IS, where is. No warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied by the auction company or furniture store. Every item in this auction is available for live preview and we encourage you to LOOK BEFORE YOU BID. We do our best to give accurate descriptions of items, but it is up to the buyer to determine size and condition of items. An online bid is an obligation to purchase. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS will be given for items in this auction as all sales are final. Items must be picked up in the allotted pickup time frame to allow the furniture store to begin restocking. No delivery options will be offered.

Payment Terms	If you wish to pay cash or check you must notify us in the "NOTES TO AUCTIONEER" section when you register to bid. That is the only way the auction clerks will see your request. All credit cards will be processed on Thursday and Friday.

Shipping / Pick Up

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You must bring loading assitance, proper hauling equipment including correct size trucks and trailers, tie downs, furniture pads and anything you will need to transport your furniture safely. The auction company is not responsible for loading of merchadise. Pickup times are Friday and Saturday from 10:00-4:00 PM. If you can not get your items on these days we will also be there Monday and Tuesday from 10:00-5:30 for pickup. Remember, loading is the responsibilty of the buyers, we will assist when possible but have limited resources on hand.
