Description	The City of Rushville has purchased some older buildings downtown that have wonderful furniture, Rushville IN 46173 and we are selling them in this ONLINE Auction. Frank Wilson & Co. Clothing Store of years gone by has many pieces in this auction.

Payment Terms	Your credit card will be charged immediately after the auction is over on March 29, 2017. If you spend over $600, that will go on your charge card...the remainder you will pay with check or cash.

Shipping / Pick Up

You must pick up your items within 14 days of closing of auction. If they are not removed from our building, we have the right to dispose of said items and no money will be refunded to the buyer. Pick up of your items will be March 30, 2017 from 2-6:00 p.m. Items are located at 1621 S. Base Road, Rushville, IN 46173. If you wish to have your items shipped we will do so in the next few days after the auction. If you wish for extra insurance you will need to notify us before we ship your item. Your credit card will be charged the second time for the packing and shipping cost. There is a minimum of a $5.00 packing charge per package.
