All sales are final. All items sold "as is -where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. It is Bidders responsibility to determine condition, value, authenticity and all other factors. K and B public auction is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. There is a 13% buyer's premium charged to all purchases. Buyers must pay within two days of auction end. Buyers may pay by cash, MasterCard or visa. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable purchases, unless a valid Texas resale or tax exemption certificate is filed with us on or before the sale. The auction staff reserves the right to bid. Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold ownership passes to the successful bidder, along with responsibility for securing the item and making payment for the item. Sold items must be picked up by Tues. -4pm. Pick up times Sun. 1-4pm.Monday & Tues, 11am -4pm.
