A 3% discount will be applied to all purchases paid for in cash or with approved check. Wisconsin Sales Tax Applies (5.5 %) unless tax exemption form is supplied to Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC prior to auction. This amount will be added to your online bidding price including buyer’s premium. All items are sold “AS IS” and all sales are final. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC accepts Wire Transfers, Master Card, Visa or Discover Credit Cards. Payment must be made with-in 24 Hours of completion of auction. Any bidder whose credit card is declined will be charged a $30.00 processing fee to run another credit card, No Exceptions. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising or on the internet, but makes no representations. In no event shall Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid off site and are not present for the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Should a dispute arise between Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC and bidder, Bidder waives any right to a trial or hearing in a court of law and agrees to settle the dispute through arbitration in Sauk County, Wisconsin. Bidder further agrees that under no circumstances will he/she initiate a charge back on his/her credit card. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchase. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC. or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during live auction. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Gavin Bros. Auctioneers LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any item on this auction. Shipping: Buyer will arrange all pickup or shipping with Auction Company, buyer to pay all shipping charges. If buyer wants Auction Company to ship items there will be $10.00 per lot handling fee charged. Auction Company will not ship any individual lots over 50 lbs. Pick-up is required for lots over 50lbs.
