( Monday if Friday is a Holiday ) - For internet-only auctions, reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. If there is a loss in data , the auctioneer may put the item up for re-sale at auctioneers discretion. - All bidders have to be 18 years or older. - Merchandise becomes the responsiblity of the winning bidder when paid for and shall not hold the owner or Murphy Auction Services or Daigle Development for any liabilities or damages. - While the bidder is previewing items or picking up their winning bids, they come onto the property at 1660 Melanson Rd attheir own risk. Murphy Auction Services and Daigle Development are nor not responsible in any way, shape or form. - The Auctioneers deceision shall always be taken as final. - It is the winning bidders responsiblity to make arrangments for pick-up and packaging on pick-up day ( dollys, packing tape, boxes). The winning bidder hereby realizes there is a 8$/day storage charge per LOT. unless special arrangments have been made. - There is to be no retraction of bids under any circumstances. - If there is an issue with the bid, it will be at the sole discretion of the auctioneer to remedy the situation, and in some cases put back for re-sale. -Although we make every effort , there may be times in extreme circumstances that items have to be removed from the auction and Murphy Auction Services will not be held responsible. - Auctioneer has the right to re-sale items that have not been picked up, either by private sale or auction sale. - In case of storm days on pick-up , pick ups will be bumped a day. - The bidder is responsible for their bids, under your password. - If the winning bidder is having someone else pick up their win, they need to notify Murphy Auction Services. - Our online software is a copyrighted product and should not be manipulated in any way , shape or form. - Murphy Auction Services is the agent for the seller. - Any personal information given is held in the strictest of confidence and Murphy Auction Services DOES NOT share it with anyone. -In the event that there is ever any legal action with Murphy Auction Services , the buyer and or seller , it shall be held in the judicial court system of Moncton NB. - Although we make every effort the paper work is done properly it is the buyer/sellers responsibility, to check over any paperwork for errors while on site. - For pick-up the winning bidder, will receive an invoice for payment. please bring it with you. - Anyone that wants to consign an item in an auction needs to bring the item Minimum 2 weeks prior to the auction. - Please be advised when items carry a reserve bid and that reserve is not met, it will be taken as what's called an " if bid". Usually within a margain of the reserve bid, the owner of the consigned item will be called, and if the owner agrees it will be deemed a sale. The bidder will be legally bound to honour their bid, no exceptions. - Buyers please be aware that many of our items require adult supervision and you should always follow safety procedures especially with items that involve flames. ( i.e fireworks , candles, lighters etc) - Murphy Auction Services is not liable or responsible for any injuries or death that could be caused from misuse of any lot items purchased.
