A Letter of Acceptance is required from your company's bank at the time of registration or prior to, guaranteeing payment in full for purchased items at the Surplus Equipment From A Major Processor Auction on Wednesday April 12, 2017.
Payments which include Ohio State Tax where applicable must be made at the end of the sale day. Direct Wire Transfers to the account of Kohler Industries, Inc. will be accepted with prior approval. There will be no removal of equipment until sale is completed and items are settled for. Removal must be completed by April 26, 2017 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
All property is sold "As-Is, Where-Is" we believe all information to be correct. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the condition and value of the equipment. We urge you to inspect the equipment prior to the sale. All announcements made the day of the sale take precedence.
