This is a charity or benefit auction. Items donated to the auction and cause are the property of the Iowa Cattlemens Foundation. All items being sold have been donated , we will attempt to describe them with the best information that we have. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the charity specified. The auction company will not charge any fee, commission or marketing charge to sellers or buyers. There is no buyers premium for this auction. All lots are sold AS-IS WHERE-IS. We will be selling many different types of assets in this auction that may range from tangible assets to opportunities or simply providing the opportunity to donate. Each lot may have varying terms and condition as they relate to delivery or pick up, timeframes. We will spell the individual terms of each item in the description of that item. At times estimations may be used with the best intentions however we must tell you that we do not guarantee any estimate to be correct. As a buyer you should verify all details which are important to you. We will do our best to distinguish between estimations and known information in the descriptions. For some lots there may be additional expenses, it is important to read the description of each item, we will provide all information that we know. Some items will include shipping to the buyer and some items will require the buyer to pick the item up at the donors location. It is important that you watch each description to understand the buyers obligation after the auction. All payments will be made directly to the Iowa Cattlemens Foundation (ICF) which is a 501C3 charitable organization. Any donation recipet will come directly from ICF. All payments must be made on April 7th. Payments that will be accepted include credit cards or personal or business checks by phone. When you have become the successful bidder on a lot you will be contacted for payment. All buyers will recieve a paid invoice upon payment. The paid invoice will act as your reciept.
