Description	This will be a WEBCAST auction with 3 forms of bidding. 1. You may place pre-bids until the beginning of the live auction. 2. You may bid from your computer or smart device during the live auction. 3. You may attend and bid at the live auction. The auction will be conducted in 2 sessions, with each restaurant's items being sold separately. Session 1 will be the Wild Wing Cafe and Session 2 will be Stonehenge Tavern. Session 2 will begin APPPROXIMATELY 15 minutes after Session 1 ends. We estimate Session 2 will begin around 1:00 PM, but this is not guaranteed. It may start earlier or later. SESSION 1 Wild Wing Cafe has closed their Cary, NC location and sold the building. Hundreds of items could not be used in any of their other locations, so we have been directed to sell all remaining assets for some price. Due to the closing on the building, all assets have been removed to our satellite auction facility and will be sold there. SESSION 2 Stonehenge Cafe has closed and all remaining assets have been ordered sold by the secured creditor. The building owner wanted his building,so everything has been moved to our remote auction facility and will be sold there. There are no reserves or minimum prices. EVERYTHING MUST BE SOLD!!!!!!

CONDITION: **All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). **In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer. PREVIEW: The items will be available for preview one hour before the beginning of the live auction, or BY APPOINTMENT prior to the day of sale. You may schedule an appointment to preview the items in this auction by calling Randy Wester at 984-500-9395 or John Martin at 919-522-9802. PAYMENT TERMS: LIVE BIDDERS: Full payment is due immediately after the auction with cash, NC check, or credit card. ONLINE BIDDERS: The credit/debit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). If your card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 12 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card or cash. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within 12 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you may be removed from our approved bidders list for future auctions. REMOVAL: Removal will be for one hour after the second session ends and on Monday March 27 and Tuesday, March 28 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.) SALES TAX: Since each session will be designated as a sale for one business, the State of NC does not require us to collect sales tax on the items sold in this auction. CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS: **Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges. **Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid. **With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
