It is the bidders responsibility to determine the condition, value, authenticity and all other factorys of each item they bid on. Platinum Auctions is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder shall be the sole judge of any items value. -ALL Internet Bidders pay a buyer's premium of 13% regardless of payment method. -Live Bidder will not have BP. -Live Floor Bidders buyers must pay on the day of the sale. - Absentee/Internet buyers must pay within two (2) days April 29th. -Buyers may pay by Mastercard, Discover, Ameican Express or Visa with 5% convenience fee for Live Bidders, Convenience fee is already added to BP for online buyers. -Items can be picked up on auction day, arrangments must be made by auction day! - Shipping will be offered. Succesful Bidder will pay full cost of shipping, insurance, packing supplies. There is a Minimum $1.00 handeling charge per Item. -Once the auctioneer indicates an item is sold, ownership passes to the successful bidder along with the responsibility for securing the item and making paymnet for the item. Sold items must be removed day of Auction unless other arrangements have been made with Platinum Auctions.
