Terms of the sale are cash, good check or credit card w/4% surcharge. All items are sold "as is where is" with all faults. It is buyers responsibility to inspect all merchandise before bidding on items. Once the auctioneer says "sold" the bidder becomes the owner of the assett being auctioned. There is a $30 fee for returned checks.
