By bidding on an item in this sale you agree to the following terms. No "buyer premium" of any kind. EVERYTHING selling "As-Is" without warranty of any kind. No statement regarding condition, kind, value, or quality of a lot, whether made orally or in writing in our catalog or elsewhere, shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty or representation. Any such warranty is waived. Inspect before you bid. Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. ---PAYMENT--- We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.25% swipe fee on credit card payments. 6.5% South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles. If you are tax exempt, you must have a current resale form on file with Bradeen Auctions. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout, or sales tax will be charged. No exceptions! You must contact Bradeen Auctions within one (1) business day from the close of bidding by phone, email, or in person during the scheduled onsite settlement if payment is other than the registered credit card. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made within one (1) business day from the close of bidding. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.25% credit card transaction fee. ---REGISTRATION--- A credit card is required for auction registration to verify the identity of our bidders and to protect the integrity of our bidder's pool. Thank you for your cooperation. If you registered but have not been asked to enter your credit card information YOU HAVE NOT FINISHED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. The first lot you bid on will prompt you to enter your credit card information. Please bid early to ensure you are completely registered. ---TRANSFER OF POSSESSION--- Onsite settlement on Friday, March 10th from 10am MST- 1 pm MST. Removal at buyers risk & expense. As a successful bidder, it will be your responsibly to remove all your items by 1 pm on March 10th, or contact Bradeen Auction to make arrangements. Please plan accordingly and bring the necessary assistance and vehicles/trailers required to load and haul your items. All items must be paid in full prior to loading. You will be required to provide a copy of your paid in full receipt before you will be allowed to remove any items from the property. For bidders planning to pay by mailing a check to our office, please be advised that you will not receive a paid in full receipt until we receive and process your check. Without that paid in full receipt, you will not be allowed to pick up any items, or have someone pick up items on your behalf. ***ONLINE AUCTION DISCLAMER*** When using our online auction services, you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract. Bids may not be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Nonpaying bidders or fraudulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse and possible criminal charges including any fraud and/or interstate commerce violations. You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network. Bradeen Auctions will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. You agree to hold Bradeen Auctions and their employees harmless for any interruptions in online bidding. Further, the auctioneer has the sole discretion to accept or refuse any bid. Bradeen Auctions retains the right, at our sole discretion, to add, delete or change some or all of our online services and the terms and conditions governing their online auctions at any time without notice.
