If you bid $100.00 at check out you will be charged $113.00.  If paying cash on pick up, you will save 3%.  Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form (State of Nebraska ONLY) PRIOR to the auction.    Out of state buyers that have their items shipped will not be charged sales tax. If an out of state winner picks up their items. they will be charged 7% sales tax unless they bring a completed and signed resale tax form for the state of Nebraska. Out of state buyers are responsible for following your own states laws regarding taxes.  PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa and MasterCard or Cash on pick up only.   SHIPPING:  We do our shipping IN HOUSE.  If you are needing to have your items shipped, please email immediately after receiving your invoice with your name and the words:  PLEASE SHIP MY ITEMS.  Your credit card will show 2 charges.  The first charge will show on your card for the amount on the invoice.  The 2nd charge will show up within 7 business days (Monday through Friday) along with an email stating the tracking number and amount charged to your card.   There will be an additional $5.00 per box for any box needed that is not offered via the USPS.  Insurance is automatically added to any and all packages valued over $100.00.  You will be charged for signature confirmation for any package valued over $250.00 "required by the insurance company" (which will include the shipping charges).      Cash Payments will be accepted the day of pickup ONLY.  Checkout Date/Time: PICKUP TIMES Thursday 2/23/17 - 3-6 PM  & Friday 2/24/17 - 10 am - 3 PM NO EXCEPTIONS! If you don't pick up your items at the posted pick up times your credit card will be charged automatically!   Any items left after the specified pick up/load out date will be considered forfeited.  LOAD OUT/PICK UP: Winning Bidders must pick their items up in HASTINGS, NEBRASKA.  (EXACT ADDRESS WILL BE INCLUDED IN EMAIL AFTER W/INVOICE THE NIGHT OF THE AUCTION) . We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm CDT at a rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions.   CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description. Server & Software Technical Issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, JSI Auctions reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.
