Checkout Date/Time	You will call TROSA Moving, 919-419-1059 (ext. 1310) to schedule a time to retrieve your purchases. Loading assistance will be provided at no additional charge. Everything needs to be removed no later than Friday, March 17 at Noon. Anything remaining after Noon on Friday will be considered abandoned and will be discarded.

Description	THE OWNERS OF LOTS 1 AND 6 HAVE PAID THEIR OUTSTANDING STORAGE BILL AND THERFORE WE ARE REQUIRED BY LAW TO REMOVE THEIR ITEMS FROM THE AUCTION. This is an auction of items belonging to several different people or companies that have failed to pay their storage fees to TROSA Moving and Storage. Most of the items are stored in wooden vaults (approximately 7.5 ft x 5 ft x 7 ft). Some iteme are located in trailers. TROSA has processed storage claims on the items and will sell everything, REGARDLESS OF PRICE. The vaults are packed away, so there will be no preview other than the pictures shown in the catalog.

Terms and Conditions

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. There is no warranty or guarantee of condition, completeness, or quality. You are buying the contents of the vault(s), excluding packing pads and vaults. All vaults belonging to each party will be sold as one lot. The defaulting party has the right to pay their storage bill and retreive their items, up to and including the morning of the bid closing. This is NC State Law and has to be honored. PAYMENT There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to each final bid. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used to pay your invoice. If your credit card payment is denied, you have until 10:00 on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 to call us with a different credit card number. After 10:00 on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 we reserve the right to void the sale and sell the lot(s) to someone else, if you have not cleared your invoice. REMOVAL You will call TROSA Moving, 919-419-1059 (ext. 1310) to schedule a time to retreive your purchases. Loading assistance will be provided at no additional charge. Loading assistance will be provided at no additional charge. Everything needs to be removed no later than Friday, March 17 at Noon. Anything remaining after Noon on Friday will be considered abandoned and will be discarded. TROSA will deliver your items to your location for reaonable fee. Ask for a delivery estimate when you call to schedule your appointment.
