AUCTION RING #1 ......8:30am..... with salvage parts & repairable vehicles, at 8:40am we will sell campers, trailers, lawn mowers, garden plows, & equipment. AUCTION RING #2 ......9:00am... ..with tools & misc items & items....10:30am....Trees & Landscape items. AUCTION RING #3.......10:00 am .....Vehicles will start driving through the building to sell. We will have 3 rings running with vehicles starting at 10:00am & lawn mowers at 8:40am! Bring a friend. Here is a partial list of trees, shrubs & plants that will be at this auction: Shrubs: boxwoods, holly's, hydrangea, roses, cypress, junipers, and more perennials: salvia, coreopsis, hosta, lirope, dianthus, daylily and more Trees: Japanese maples, weeping willows, spruce, and more.
* All purchasers are required to register for a Bidder’s Number to bid. A form of picture identification is required to verify information. * All purchases are to be paid in full day of auction. * Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to your purchase. * All items are sold "AS-IS". We encourage you to preview and inspect before you buy. * All vehicles are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License. * (TA) means the TITLE IS ABSENT today. The seller has 21 days to produce the title. If after the 21 days have passed and you have not received your title, you may return the vehicle for a full refund. (It is recommended that the purchaser NOT spend any money on the vehicle until title is received). * "IF" sales are conditional sales pending seller approval, buyer is bound by the contract unless a rejection is made by the seller at 3:00 p.m. the next business day. * Vehicles left on Auction Lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner of the vehicle. * The vehicle title must be in the sellers name. Open titles are not accepted. * Goods left more than 30-days at our facility are subject to resale without notice for storage fees.
